Vegas Golden Knights Sweep Los Angeles Kings

The Vegas Golden Knights swept the Los Angeles Kings in their first ever playoff series. The Golden Knights were the first expansion team to clinch a playoff berth. They are now the first team in their inaugural to sweep their opponent in the first round. The Golden Knights won both games in Las Vegas 1-0 and 2-1 in double overtime. The Knights beat the Kings 3-2 in game 3 in Los Angeles. Vegas shutout the Kings 1-0 to win the series last night in game 4 in Los Angeles.

 

Series MVP : Marc-Andre Fleury

Marc-Andre Fleury was clearly the most valuable player of this season. Fleury finished the series with a spectacular .977 save percentage and a an amazing 0.65 goals against average.
