Trevon Diggs broke his foot last game against Arkansas and will probably miss 4-6 months. This is a huge blow to the struggling Alabama secondary. Alabama has a young defense this year, especially at secondary. Trevon Diggs was one of the leaders. Now Alabama has to play Missouri who has a very good offense. Diggs as been playing very well this season unlike some of the other defensive players.
So far this year Alabama has lost 2 defensive players for the entire season, Terrell Lewis (Linebacker) and now Trevon Diggs (Cornerback). Terrell Lewis was injured before the season and there is a chance that he might make the end of the season. It’s not likely, but it still could happen. From the way it looks right now, there is almost no chance that Diggs plays again this year.
