In the latest Sports Debate article, I predicted that Purdue would beat Ohio State. The other two analysts went Ohio State. One of the analysts especially thought I was crazy. At first, I wasn’t sure who to pick. I knew that Purdue had a good football team, but I ranked Ohio State #3 on my Top 25. The player who made me go Purdue’s way was Ronalde Moore. I looked at his stats and I could tell he was really good. It turned out I was right. Moore caught 12 passes for 170-yards and 2 touchdowns. He also ran the ball twice for 24-yards.
I looked up articles where they predicted this game and, over the articles I found, nobody went Purdue. People were so sure of Ohio State. Well, in the end, I was right. Of course, because of Purdue’s record, 4-3, I can’t rank them in the top 5. But, since they routed #3, they have a chance to be in the top 10. They will definitely make the top 15.
I think everybody knows Ohio State’s problem. Their quarterback, Dwayne Haskins, threw 73-passes. Ohio State only ran 25-times for only 76-yards. If Ohio State is going to win a championship, they have to fix their pathetic running game.
