With stats that are the envy of every quarterback, with the possible exception of Peyton Manning, there is a great case to be made for Drew Brees being the best QB in the history of the sport. The superbowl-winning, superbowl MVP quarterback has five seasons passing 5,000 or more yards — only four other quarterbacks have had a 5,000 yard season and have achieved it only once. He also has the distinction of achieving 50,000 and 60,000 career passing yards faster than any other quarterback. This includes Brett Favre, Dan Marino and, yes, even Peyton Manning.
I’d like to see anyone arguing against Brees’ claim to the pinnacle of the QB world!
